About Johnred

I build the systems I wish more Philippine businesses had before they paid for more demand.

I am Johnred Demafeliz. I build Sales Systems for Businesses: CRM + Revenue Operations for owner-led teams that need clearer sales, booking, commerce, inventory, and reporting systems.

Demand capacity

JD SYS

Bigger demand needs a system that can hold it.

Local Operator

I am not here to sell another tool.

I am based in the Philippines, with Visayas as home base. The work is simple to explain: I help businesses stop losing track of customers, orders, bookings, and sales opportunities after demand comes in.

My background sits between sales, CRM, automation, commerce operations, and implementation. That means I care less about fancy tool names and more about whether the team can actually use the system during a normal operating day.

Most businesses do not need more chaos. They need a clearer system: one place for the customer, one owner, one next step, follow-up that does not depend on memory, and reports that show what is really happening.

If the issue is lead quality, sales behavior, inventory, fulfillment, booking flow, or a broken process, the system should make that visible instead of hiding it behind another dashboard.

Visayas is home. Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao are the market.

I work with Philippine business owners and sales leaders who want the work after the inquiry, order, or booking to be clear, trackable, and less dependent on manual chasing.

Diagnostic

Find where your sales system is breaking.

If your business already gets inquiries, orders, or bookings but the work still feels unclear, the first step is not another campaign. The first step is to map what happens after demand comes in.
