I am based in the Philippines and build remote-first for global teams. The work is simple to explain: I help teams stop losing track of customers, tasks, AI drafts, approvals, and workflow handoffs once real work starts moving.
My background sits between sales, CRM, automation, AI workflows, Google tooling, commerce operations, and implementation. That means I care less about tool hype and more about whether the team can actually use the system during a normal operating day.
Most teams do not need more disconnected software. They need a clearer operating layer: one place for the record, one owner, one next action, approval rules for AI, and reports that show what is really happening.
If the issue is routing, data quality, AI behavior, fulfillment, booking flow, cloud tooling, or a broken process, the system should make that visible instead of hiding it behind another dashboard.
