Everything You Need to Know

Real answers to real questions. No fluff, no corporate speak. If something is not covered here, start the quick checklist and follow the qualification path.

Working With Me

Most projects go from first call to launch in 2 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity. A simple funnel with CRM can be live in under 2 weeks. A full-stack build with custom integrations typically takes 3 to 4 weeks.
Great. We will audit what you have. If your existing tools work, I will build around them. If they are holding you back, I will recommend alternatives. I never rip out something that is working just to use my preferred stack.
Every build is scoped to your needs and budget. I will give you a clear quote after our strategy call. No surprises, no hidden fees. I offer flexible payment terms for larger builds.
Yes. I work with clients globally: Philippines, Australia, US, and beyond. Everything is done remotely, and I am flexible with time zones.
I do not disappear after launch. Every build includes a handover session where I walk you through everything. Optional ongoing support is available if you want me to monitor and optimize your system.
Absolutely. I build systems that non-technical founders can manage day-to-day. You will get a Sanity CMS dashboard for content, your preferred CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or whatever you already use), and a metrics dashboard, all with training.
30 minutes. I look at how leads find you, what happens after they reach out, and where they drop off. You walk away with a clear picture of what's broken, even if we never work together.
Not really. Just be ready to talk about how your business gets leads right now and what happens after someone reaches out. If you have a website or landing page, I'll pull it up during the call.
Nothing. The consultation is free and there is no obligation. If I am not the right fit, I will tell you. And if you just want to take the diagnosis and fix things yourself, that is fine too.

What I Build

It is everything between someone finding out you exist and them paying you. Your website, your follow-up sequence, your booking flow, your CRM, your payment process. Most businesses have bits and pieces. A revenue system connects them so nothing falls through the cracks.
A website is a brochure. It sits there and looks nice. A revenue system actively works for you. It captures leads, follows up automatically, tracks where people drop off, and makes it easy for them to pay. One is passive. The other makes money while you sleep.
It depends on what you need. I typically build with Next.js for the frontend, GoHighLevel or HubSpot for CRM, Cal.com for scheduling, and n8n or Zapier for automations. But I am not married to any tool. If you already have something that works, I build around it.
Yes. If your CRM works, I am not going to rip it out just to use mine. I will audit what you have and build around it. If it is holding you back, I will recommend an alternative and show you why.
Yes. Everything I build is yours. You get full access to the codebase, the CRM, the automations, all of it. I do not hold anything hostage.
No. I build systems that non-technical founders can manage day-to-day. You will get a dashboard for content, a CRM you can navigate, and training on how to use everything.

Results

Most clients see their first improvement within the first two weeks. Faster follow-ups, fewer leads slipping through, better show-up rates. The full impact usually shows within 30 to 60 days as the automations compound.
I monitor everything after launch and we adjust until the numbers move. I am not going to hand you something and disappear. If something is not working, I fix it.
Yes. Check out the Fastrack Money Success case study on my site. It is a real breakdown of a coaching business that was losing leads between workshops and enrollment, and what I built to fix it.
Helping a coaching business go from losing 60% of their workshop leads to tracking every single one through an automated pipeline. Their close rate tripled because leads stopped falling through the cracks.

For Specific Industries

That is one of my core specialties. Coaches and course creators have a specific problem: they generate interest but lose people between registration and the actual session. I build the follow-up and show-up systems that fix that.
Absolutely. Agencies usually have the opposite problem: too many leads, not enough structure. I build pipelines that sort, qualify, and route leads so your team focuses on the ones most likely to close.
Yes. Workshop show-up rates in the Philippines average 15 to 30 percent. The global benchmark is 40 to 50 percent. I have written extensively about why this happens and built systems that close that gap using pre-event nurture sequences.
Maybe. If you are getting fewer than 10 leads a month, you probably do not need a full system yet. But if leads are coming in and you are losing them because you are too busy to follow up, even a basic automation setup can change everything. The consultation is free, so let's talk and find out.
